A stunning summer read set on Nantucket Island. Surrounded in deep secrets and tragedy. A compelling summer thriller as intense as a Nantucket storm. I loved it!

The Ever After by Sarah Pekkanen

5 Cups of Latte

What a great read! When Josie finds a text on her husbands phone things really get emotional. This look into infidelity and the pain it causes is heart felt. I felt every emotion Josie was feeling. Every thought she was thinking. Talk about being stuck between a rock and a hard place. Her choices of should she stay married for the kids or not. Can she ever trust him again? can they move past this? This is a deep look into the full emotional battle that occurs within you if you've ever been there. Gripping emotional read. Love the end.

5 Cups of Latte

A dangerous look into Greek life. This was dark and emotional. I found myself wound up in these girls and their problems. Each chapter covers a different sorority sister and their issues. Drugs, sex, pregnancy, mental illness. Death. A compelling read! stunning look into sorority life.

Before and Again by Barbara Delinsky

After a terrible accident claims the life of her daughter and another Mackenzie Cooper's life is in ruins. Her marriage ends. Her family doesn't support her and the media hounds her. To start a new life she moves to Vermont as Maggie. As Maggie she is a make up artist helping people cover and heal from injuries. Maggie is just trying to lay low and get through the rest of her probation. When her friend's son is caught in a scandal it throws Maggie back into the hot seat. I loved this novel. It made me laugh and made me cry. The issues of love and loss and being able to recover once again. A great book club selection. I recommend. I won this book. My opinions are my own.
